Where are the test questions and how do I complete the pre- and posttests? |

ADF's test questions are located on page 4 of the written summary, and they are used for both pre- and posttests. Using the test and evaluation form, participants complete the pretest before and the posttest after listening to the audio and reviewing the written summary. |

How do I earn CME credit/CE contact hours for participating in an Audio-Digest activity? |
|
|
|
To earn CME credit or CE contact hours, you must complete both the pretest and the posttest, and achieve 80% or greater on the posttest. ODs must achieve 70% correct on the posttest to earn CE credit. |

How many CME credits or CE contact hours do I receive for an Audio-Digest program? |
|
|
|
Each AD activity qualifies for up to 2 Category 1 CME credits or 2 Nursing CE contact hours. ODs earn 1.0 CE credits for each AD OP program. CRNAs earn 1.[03]0 CE credit for each AD Anesthesiology program. |

For what time period do AD programs qualify for Category 1 CME credit or CE Contact hours? |
|
|
|
For CME and for Nursing CE, Audio-Digest programs qualify for credit for 3 years from each issue's publication date. For CRNAs, AD Anesthesiology qualifies for 2 years from the volume's start date. |

What/where are the educational objectives? |

The educational objectives (top of page 3 of the written summary) provide an overview of both the learning goals and the program content. |

Can test and evaluation forms be copied? |
|
|
|
Only original test and evaluation forms are accepted. Each form bears a unique control number. Recreated tests will not be given credit and will be returned to the participant. Paid subscribers receive free test and evaluation forms by request. Others pay for test and evaluation forms. |

What information is required on my test and evaluation forms before submitting for credit? |
|
|
|
For subscribers, ADF preprints the appropriate personal information on the test and evaluation form. Make sure that you bubble in the program specialty (AN, EM, FP etc.), volume, and issue. With blank forms, include your title (MD, DO, NP, CRNA, RN, PhD, PA, OD). |

What can I do to make sure my faxed test and evaluation forms get though effectively? |
|
|
|
Fax no more than 6 forms at a time, without a cover sheet and retain your original completed test and evaluation forms. Submit test and evaluation forms either by mail or fax, but not both. |

How are ADF test and evaluation forms processed? |
|
|
|
ADF scores your answers, then stores your credits in our database for later cumulative certificate printing. ADF issues CME and CE Certificates annually. |

For faxed tests, how soon will credits be applied? |
|
|
|
Allow 5-7 working days for processing credits. |
|

What is the deadline to submit test and evaluation forms to earn CME/ CE credit or CE contact hours for a given calendar year? |
|

The submission deadline is December 31st of the year in which you wish the credit recorded. |

When will I receive my CME/CE certificate? |
|
|
|
Audio-Digest prints and mails annual certificates in mid to late January for the year that has just ended. |

Can I get my certificate before the year's end? |

Contact our Accreditation staff by e-mail at accred@audio-digest.org or telephone at 800-423-2308. If you must have your certificate immediately, ask that we mail it by Federal Express, at your cost, or print your own certificate from our website. |

Can ADF send my certificate by fax or e-mail? |
|
|
|
Most participants prefer to receive an original by mail, but by request we can fax the certificate to your fax number. Certificates cannot be sent by e-mail. |

Can Audio-Digest send my CME/CE certificate to my state board or other licensing body? |
|
|
|
No. We only send this information to the participant, but we can provide multiple copies for you to send to different boards and/or licensing bodies. |
